Only what you provide voluntarily by email or WhatsApp: name, contact details, company or venue, event details and the content of your message.
What we use it for
Answering booking requests and assessing the proposal received. Assessing artist submissions for the roster. Managing any professional relationship that follows.
Legal basis
Your consent when you write to us and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract.
How long we keep it
For as long as the relationship or the interest in the proposal lasts and, afterwards, for the applicable legal retention periods. Submissions that do not fit are deleted once assessed, unless their author asks otherwise.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer personal data. It is only accessed by the providers needed to run the service (web hosting and email), acting as data processors under the contracts required by law.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@groupkof.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising or profiling cookies. It does use audience measurement with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, which is only activated if you accept the cookie notice: until then nothing from Google writes cookies in your browser.
